As a Fulfillment & Retail Specialist in our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will assist in-person customers with their retail shopping and efficiently and accurately gather, pack, and ship DIY craft supplies. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment, possesses keen attention to detail, and can adapt seamlessly to the quick and lively pace of our store.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive service and personalized interactions with customers in our retail store
- Execute order fulfillment and shipping processes with precision
- Utilize essential computer skills for order processing and shipping
- Multifaceted Support, including kit production, product assembly, stock management, inventory, and other projects
- Collaborate with the team to enhance systems and processes
Job Functions & Requirements:
- Create positive customer experiences face-to-face and through accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Safely lift and move up to 15 lbs, navigate a step ladder, and perform tasks requiring kneeling, stooping, and bending
- General computer skills
- Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with weekend availability
- Experience with crafts and cutting fabric is a bonus!

We are looking for an individual knowledgable in fiber crafts to provide attentive service and personalized interactions with customers in our retail store. This part time position requires Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts.
