We're seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to become our next Fulfillment Specialist. Benzie Design is a vibrant community dedicated to providing the best craft supplies, exceptional service, and a supportive environment for both our customers and team members. As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to contribute to our exciting and colorful world!
As a Fulfillment Specialist in our retail store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service by efficiently and accurately gathering, packing and shipping DIY craft supplies. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment, possesses keen attention to detail, and can adapt seamlessly to the quick and lively pace of our shop.
Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment and Shipping
  • Execute order fulfillment and shipping processes with precision
  • Utilize essential computer skills for order processing and shipping
  • Multifaceted Support
  • Contribute to various tasks, including scheduling, kit production, product assembly, backstock management, inventory, and other projects
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance systems and processes
  • Customer Service
  • Provide excellent in-person and online customer service experiences
Job Functions & Requirements:
  • Create a positive customer experience through accurate and efficient order fulfillment
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
  • Safely lift and move up to 15 lbs, navigate a step ladder, and perform tasks requiring kneeling, stooping, and bending
  • General computer skills
  • Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with Saturday availability
  • Experience with a rotary cutter is a bonus
