Refund policy

Is your purchase just not what you expected? Please contact Benzie -orders may be sent back within 90 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items must be in their original, uncrafted condition. No refunds on custom felt-fetti, clearance items, gift cards or downloadable patterns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your items. If you are approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
