As a crafter, I love making things for celebrations, and that includes felt Nativity ornaments. With some basic felt shapes and a few easy stitches, you’ll have a whole set of people (and animals) from the first Christmas. They’re simple decorations that help tell the story!
All of the ornaments follow the same basic instructions. Some have more embroidery, while some are mostly felt appliqué. Each of the 8 ornament designs (Angel, Mary, Joseph, Donkey, Shepherd, Sheep, Jesus in the Manger, and Wise Men) has its own page of instruction which includes:
- Steps for making the ornament front
- Traceable templates and embroidery guides
Supplies:
- Felt Palette includes (12) 9 x 12" sheets of Linen, Seaside, Latte, Brown, Silver, Smoke, Dandelion, Fern, Swan, Foxglove, Mulberry and Periwinkle
